Terms of Service

BizStreet ("BizStreet", "we", "us") is operated by Pluto Corporate Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at B-56, Oakwood Estate, DLF Phase-2, Gurugram, Haryana 122002 (the "Company"). BizStreet is a matchmaking and workflow platform: businesses ("Clients") describe a need, and we surface vetted, anonymised professionals ("Experts") who can meet it. Identity is revealed only when a Client chooses to connect.

BizStreet is not a party to any advisory engagement between a Client and an Expert, does not provide legal, tax, financial or professional advice itself, and does not guarantee any outcome of an engagement.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Businesses may register through an authorised representative.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Experts must provide accurate professional information, including the PAN details and résumé used for verification, and must keep it current. We may decline, suspend or remove any Expert profile at our discretion.
• Accounts are personal. Firm accounts may add seats for named colleagues; each seat holder is bound by these terms.

• Only accept engagements you are qualified and legally permitted to perform. Where a professional licence or membership (for example ICAI, Bar Council, IBBI) is required, you hold it and it is in good standing.
• Respond to matched needs within the stated window, and bow out promptly if you cannot take an engagement. Repeated non-response pauses your matching.
• Treat every Client disclosure as confidential (see section 6) and do not solicit Clients off-platform to avoid platform terms.
• You are an independent professional, not an employee, agent or partner of BizStreet, and you are responsible for your own taxes and registrations.

• Describe needs truthfully and only for lawful business purposes.
• Revealing an Expert's identity consumes a connect from your free allowance or plan. Reveals are not reversible or refundable.
• Engagement terms (scope, value, timelines) are agreed between you and the Expert inside the platform. You must honour them in good faith.
• Do not scrape, copy or export Expert data, or use reveals to build a directory.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose (a month, or a year on annual plans) and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end and is not refunded.
• Community membership is a one-time fee per community, payable when you join. It is non-refundable, including if you later leave or are removed for breaching a community's rules. If BizStreet suspends a community within 30 days of your joining, we will refund the fee on request.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, which is added at the prevailing rate. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available under Billing. To receive input tax credit, add your business's legal name and GSTIN under Account before paying; invoices are not reissued retrospectively.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Cancellations and refunds are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Before an engagement's chat opens, both parties acknowledge a mutual non-disclosure undertaking inside the platform. Independently of that, everyone using BizStreet agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received through it about another user or their business, to use it only for the engagement it was shared for, and to return or delete it on request.

• Communities are run by Experts we have interviewed and approved ("community admins"). Community admins may set rules, moderate posts and remove members.
• Members must follow the community's code of conduct: be respectful, no solicitation or spam, and keep what members share within the community.
• Your display name is visible to other members of any community you join. Content you post is visible to all members and may be retained after you leave.
• BizStreet may suspend or archive a community at any time, including where its admin breaches these terms.

If a Client or Expert disputes an engagement, either may raise it inside the platform. BizStreet may review the record and, at its discretion, restore the engagement, mark it complete, or cancel it and refund the connect used. This process is a convenience, not an arbitration; it does not affect either party's legal rights against the other.

You must not: misrepresent your identity or qualifications; upload content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing; attempt to access other users' data or the identity vault; interfere with the service; or use automated tools to harvest data.

BizStreet, its software, matching engine, design and content belong to the Company. You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us a licence to store, process (including with AI systems as described in the Privacy Policy) and display it to operate the service. Anonymised, aggregated insights derived from platform activity may be used to improve the service and published as market reports without identifying anyone.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that matches will be suitable, that Experts' advice will be correct, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to BizStreet in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from an engagement between users.

You may close your account at any time from Account settings or by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, present a legal or security risk, or remain unverified. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have. We may update these terms; material changes are notified in-app and by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. You will be asked to re-accept when the text version changes.
